gone doodlin'

I was asked to redesign a logo for a guy named Luke Davis. He'd attempted a kind of self-portrait logo, but it obviously isn't quite what he was after, so I have re-worked it a bit whilst also teaching myself adobe illustrator. It's not as easy as it looks :(

That's right, myself and my friend Kris Kendal put a deposit on a little space in Affleck's Palace in Manchester today. We'll be selling our artwork, as well as stationary and beastly little gifts...Exciting times!

Made this t-shirt this morning with dylon fabric paints, it sparkles you know?

It's a bit rough at the moment....Not sure how much more i'd like to do to it though.

This piece is the only one left unsold from my Mostly White exhibition at Odd at the end of last year. Strange, as it's my favourite. It was originally on sale for £80. I'll take £60 now as times are tough! Acrylic, pastel and ink on canvas. 60x50cm

Not exactly the shot I was looking for, but the best of a very bad bunch. I'm going back out this afternoon to try again. This time with a little tripod. I might also try to set the camera up correctly too :)

I have a painting on the go that needs a bus. A big ol' double decker bus. So i'm off out now to try and photograph one.

We saw Roger Lloyd Pack on a train.

This is easily one of the strangest photographs i've ever taken. It shows my friend Daz dressed up as Dazman, his clean-living alter-ego, who goes out at night cleaning tramps' clothes.

A magazine I will never make. I swear not to watch X-Factor this year.

You can't really appreciate the crazy brightness of the orange cards these things are attached to from these scans. Yes, crazy bright.

Two paintings I did for Kitty at Christmas time. For her godchildren if I remember correctly. I'm not too keen on the blue one, but the pink one looks alright I think.
